Content on this site, including the examples and calculator, is general information. Examples use fictional tools and figures. Calculator results are arithmetic on the numbers you enter and are not estimates of your actual savings. They are not financial, legal or tax advice.

The free scan

Requesting a free scan or meeting does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to continue. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or savings. Any paid service is covered by a separate written agreement.

Your submissions

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. Do not submit passwords, credentials, or information you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use automated means to submit forms.

Third-party names

Software product names appear so you can identify tools you use. They belong to their owners, who do not endorse ToolCut.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
